Information we collect
We do not create user accounts or store your property searches in a database. Our hosting provider may process ordinary technical logs, such as IP address, browser type, requested page and time, to operate and secure the service.
Professional comparison planner
The current comparison planner does not ask for or transmit your name, contact details, property address, property price or free text. There are no active partner introductions. A future introduction will require a separate explicit choice after the partner, purpose, proposed fields, commercial relationship and privacy information have been shown. The consent receipt is designed to record a random ID, UTC time, partner ID, service purpose, disclosure version and integrity hashes separately from contact information.
Optional website analytics
If you choose “Accept analytics”, we use Google Analytics 4 to understand how people find and use the site—for example, which pages are visited and which tools are most useful. With consent, we record page views and broad actions such as opening a calculator or guide, selecting an HPI area, beginning to adjust a calculator, copying a scenario link or choosing print. Google may process information about your device, browser and approximate location and set analytics cookies.
We do not send Google the prices, deposits, mortgage rates, search text or other figures you enter, and we do not use analytics for advertising. Google Analytics will not load unless you accept. Your choice is stored in your browser so we can remember it. You can change it at any time using the button below.
